Honestly, I’ve always wondered what use this Monster’s Level increase would have. Other than that, it seems like the typical standard Monster that allows you to save resources and allow you to bring multiple High Level LIGHT Galaxy Monsters.
As LIGHT Galaxy can only fuse materials on the field, and many of those Fusions require a Level 7 or higher LIGHT Galaxy to begin with, Twin Coolstar makes it easier to bring out those monsters.
