Concerning what cards you can use at the event.
In a late addition, apparently, it’s been confirmed by Konami that players at these events will be able to use cards printed for the Official Card Game alongside cards printed for the Trading Card Game.
The reasoning offered is “An exception has been made for this event since the 2017 Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship competitors will be able to use both OCG and TCG cards in their Decks.”
