Deck Concept

Use the effects of “Blaze Accelerator Reload” et al to send 3 “Volcanic Scattershot” to GY, which can then be Special Summoned from the GY by the effects of “Celestial Double Star Shaman” or “Rhynosaber the Mad-Dash Armory” (etc.).

And “Volcanic Scattershot” can inflict damage to the opponent each time it’s activated, allowing you to heavily drain your opponent’s LP.

And since fundamentally you’ll tend to have more LP than your opponent, this Deck works well with “Clashing Souls”
