Monitoring the situation
Story & Illustrations No.04
Enneacraft
The sins committed by those living in that city are constantly monitored by machines. When the limit of the sin count is recorded, people are disciplined, then reset. Let’s take a look at a future that is monitored, from top to bottom, from beginning to end.
◆9 massive mechas which inquisite the sins of mankind◆
The futuristic city: Enneapolis.
9 sins were established: “anger”, “arrogance”, “deception”, “envy”, “greed”, “dread”, “gluttony”, “longing”, and “sloth”. The actions of its residents are permanently monitored by 9 autonomous mecha: The “Enneacraft”. Each time people commit a sin, the sin count moves forward, and as it accumulates, the “Ennecraft” that governs such sin manifests in the city. The octahedrons expand, transforming into their corresponding animal form, and begin their disciplining of mankind.

TL notes:
-“Release”, “Reverth” and “Reset” are written like the Enneacraft Spell Cards, which combine two-kanji words changing one of the kanji for an homophone. “Release” (始導, shidou) is written as “start + guidance”, originally being 始動 “start + move “. “Reverth” (裁誕, saitan) is written as “judgment + birth”, originally being 再誕 “re- + birth”. “Reset” (再巧, saikou) is written as “re- + machine”, originally being 再興 “re- + revive”.
