The last time this card was brought up was with Lunalights and its utility there (which incidentally caused a price spike.)
And for history’s sake the card first appeared in Cybernetic Revolution, the second set of the GX Era, when Fusion was somewhat in vogue due to a series of late end Duel Monsters (i.e. Classic YGO) Fusions and the new Cyber Dragon and Elemental HERO cards.
