[Requirement] You can activate this by sending 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard.
[Effect] Choose up to 2 face-up monsters your opponent control, they lose 400 ATK until the end of the turn. Then, you can choose up to 1 “Clear Ice Dragon” and/or 1 “Burning Blaze Dragon” in your Graveyard and Special Summon them to your field face-up.

Note: This is either Arrive or Alive. Throw a dart at a wall.

[Effect] This card gains 100 ATK x [The number of monsters in your Graveyard] until the end of the turn. If there are 8 or more monsters (Cyberse-Type) in your Graveyard, you can also draw 1 card.

Note: I think this is a mix of Atto the measurement, Atlas the Titan, and Shoot. Also High + Hydra + Tron. Maybe Absolute somewhere in there?
