    Marauding Captain has seen better days….or has he?

    This actually seems like a stronger effect

    (1) When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it in Defense Position, but its effects are negated.

    (Kiregimi is like saying “Killed–ish”, which is fitting considering he’s featured on The Warrior Returning Alive)
