“Theorealize Past Lull” was physically printed as:

The Database has now been corrected to:
If you control an “Artmage”, “DoomZ”, or “Elfnote” card: You can Special Summon 1 “Medius the Pure” from your hand or Deck.
The card is to be played based on the database’s text, not the text on your physical card.
