A Deck that fights with “The Legendary Fisherman”, with back-up from “Citadel Whale” and “Sea Stealth Attack”.
“Mermail Abyssteus” can be added to your hand with the effects of “The Legendary Fisherman II” and “Mermail Abyssalacia”, and then it can send “Citadel Whale”, “Nimble Sunfish” and “Fishborg Launher”, et al, to the GY to Special Summon itself, and all of them have effects that can be activated from the GY. And by bringing out the “Mermail” monster added to your hand, you can Special Summon “Citadel Whale” from your hand or GY.
“Sea Stealth Attack” can activate “A Legendary Ocean”, which can be sent to the GY from the Deck with the effects of “Reasoning” and “Foolish Burial Goods”.

Deck Concept
A Deck that fights primarily with “Kairyu-Shin”.
Since “Kariyu-Shin” is Level 5, you can use the effect of “Sea Stealth Attack” to destroy opponent monsters when the Damage Step begins.
Also since it’s a Normal Monster, you can add it to the hand with “Summoner’s Art”, and it can be summoned without being influenced by “Heat Wave”.
Also, you can protect it with “Fury of Kairyu-Shin”, and destroy opponent monsters with the effect of “Rage of Kairyu-Shin”.
And with the effects of “A Legendary Ocean” and “Gazer Shark”, you can aim to Xyz Summon.

Deck Concept
A “Fortress Whale” Deck that uses “Pacifis, the Phantasm City”.
The effect of “Pacifis, the Phantasm City” Special Summons “Phantasm Spiral Tokens”, allowing you to Ritual Summon “Fortress Whale”.
Also, since “Fortress Whale” isn’t an Effect Monster, it isn’t effected by the “You cannot Normal or Special Summon Effect Monsters the turn you activate either of this card’s effects” effect of “Pacifis, the Phantasm City” .
You can also use “Rescue Rabbit” to make use of Normal Monsters, who Special Summons monsters from the Deck, allowing you to use monsters for an Xyz Summon or to Special Summon “Fortress Whale”.
