Continuously Link Summon By Using The Powerful Cyberse-Type!!
The basic strategy is to fight by Link Summoning using your Cyberse monsters, with the “Code Talker” monsters as your ace cards. Attack your opponent’s monsters with “Shootingcode Talker” equal to the number of monsters this card points to plus 1. The basic strategy of this Deck is to Link Summon using the Cyberse monsters included, such as “Latency” or “Swap Cleric”, allowing you to Link Summon while strengthening your hand. And there’s plenty of Spell/Trap Cards that support “Code Talker” monsters such as “Cynet Conflict”, so summon your Aces and intensely support them with these cards.
“Cyberse-Type” Monsters
Cyberse Monsters You Can Use As Link Material From The Hand
If you Link Summon a “Code Talker” monster, you can use them as Materials from the hand. Keep in mind you can’t activate this effect if they’re not used as Link Materials for “Code Talker” monsters.

There are many Spell/Trap Cards with effects that support Cyberse. This Deck contains cards with effects that support “Code Talker” monsters

Shootingcode Talker
[Link 3/Cyberse/ATK 2300]
2+ Cyberse monsters
At the start of your Battle Phase: You can activate this effect; this card can attack your opponent’s monsters a number of times this Battle Phase, up to the number of monsters it points to +1, also for the rest of this turn, if your opponent controls exactly 1 monster and this card battles that monster, this card loses 400 ATK during that damage calculation only. At the end of the Battle Phase: You can draw cards equal to the number of monsters this card destroyed by battle this turn.
Power-Up equal to the number of allies it points to! It also has an effect to return a comrade to the battlefield from the GY when it leaves!
Elphase
[Link 2/Cyberse/ATK 2000]
2 Level 3 or higher Cyberse monsters
Gains 300 ATK for each monster it points to. If this face-up Link Summoned card leaves the field: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower Cyberse monster in your GY; Special Summon it, but for the rest of this turn, negate its effects, also it cannot be used as Link Material. You can only use this effect of “Elphase” once per turn.
Call back a “Code Talker” monster from the GY! It becomes the starting line of a strong line-up!
Talkback Lancer
[Link 1/Cyberse/ATK 1200]
1 Level 2 or lower Cyberse monster
You can Tribute 1 other Cyberse monster, then target 1 “Code Talker” monster in your GY with a different original name from that monster’s; Special Summon it to your zone this card points to. You can only use this effect of “Talkback Lancer” once per turn.
Many new Cyberse appear! Also effects to use cards as Link Material from the hand!?
Many new Cyberse monsters appear with various effects to deploy monsters and connect one Link Summon to another! Pay attention to these monsters who can be used as Link Materials from the hand for the Link Summon of “Code Talker”, as well as their other extraordinary effects!! There’s also plenty of monsters with effects to replenish your hand, allowing you to aim for strong combos which would otherwise leave you short on cards as you deploy cards!
It can Special Summon itself from the hand to further Link Summon, and it also has a Draw effect!
Latency
[ATK 0/DEF 0]
If this card is added from your GY to your hand by a card effect: You can Special Summon this card. If this card Summoned this way is sent to the GY as Link Material: You can draw 1 card. You can only use each effect of “Latency” once per turn.
By being sent to the GY for Link Materials, you can refill your hand with its Draw effect!!
Swap Cleric
[ATK 500/DEF 1000]
If this card is sent to the GY as Link Material: You can have the Link Monster that used this card as Link Material lose exactly 500 ATK, then draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of “Swap Cleric” once per turn.
Special Summon it from the hand! It has a n intense target to double a Cyberse monster’s ATK and DEF when it’s targeted for an attack!!
Defcon Bird
[ATK 100/DEF 1700]
You can discard 1 other Cyberse monster; Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only use this effect of “Defcon Bird” once per turn. Once per turn, when your Cyberse monster is targeted for an attack: You can have that monster’s ATK/DEF become double its original ATK (until the end of the Damage Step), then, if that monster is in Attack Position, you can change it to Defense Position.
Its effect to be used as Link Material from the hand is powerful! Also it adds powerful cards from your Deck to your hand!!
Micro Coder
[ATK 300/DEF 0]
If you would use a Cyberse monster(s) you control as Link Material for the Link Summon of a “Code Talker” monster, you can use this card in your hand as Link Material. If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY as Link Material for the Link Summon of a “Code Talker” monster: You can add 1 “Cynet” Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand, or, if this card was used as material from the field, you can add 1 Level 4 Cyberse monster, instead. You can only use each effect of “Micro Coder” once per turn.
Defend your ally Link Monsters via battle by returning opponents to the hand! It also has an effect to reuse cards from the GY!!
Profibit Snake
[ATK 500/DEF 1000]
At the start of the Damage Step, if your Cyberse Link Monster battles an opponent’s monster: You can send this card from your hand to the GY; return that opponent’s monster to the hand. When your Cyberse monster destroys an opponent’s monster by battle and sends it to the GY, while this card is in your GY: You can banish 1 card from your GY, then target 1 Level 4 or lower Cyberse monster in your GY; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of “Profibit Snake” once per turn.
It has an effect to be used as Link Material from the hand is powerful! It also has an effect to negate monsters your opponent controls!!
Code Radiator
[ATK 1600/DEF 800]
If you would use a Cyberse monster(s) you control as Link Material for the Link Summon of a “Code Talker” monster, you can use this card in your hand as Link Material. If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY as Link Material for the Link Summon of a “Code Talker” monster: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change its ATK to 0, also negate its effects. If this card was used as material from the field, you can target 2 monsters, instead. You can only use each effect of “Code Radiator” once per turn.

Spool Code
[Quick-Play Spell]
When an opponent’s monster declares a direct attack while you have 3 or more Cyberse monsters in your GY: Negate the attack, then you can Special Summon up to 3 “Spool Tokens” (Cyberse/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position. They cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon.
A Continuous Spell with an effect you can activate that Normal Summons a Cyberse monster! It also supports “Code Talker” monsters battling!!
Cynet Optimize
[Continuous Spell Card]
During your Main Phase, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 Cyberse monster, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except Cyberse monsters (even if this card leaves the field). You can only use this effect of “Cynet Optimize” once per turn. If your “Code Talker” monster battles, your opponent’s cards and effects cannot be activated until the end of the Damage Step.
Call “Code Talkers” and add allies from the Deck to the Hand!! You can activate it multiple times per turn as long as you call forth different attributes!!
Cynet Codec
[Continuous Spell Card]
If a “Code Talker” monster(s) is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck to your field (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 of those monsters; add 1 Cyberse monster with the same Attribute from your Deck to your hand, but for the rest of this turn, you cannot add other monsters with the same Attribute to your hand with the effect of “Cynet Codec”, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Cyberse monsters (even if this card leaves the field). You can only activate this effect of “Cynet Codec” once per Chain.
Negate the activation of a monster effect, Spell Card or Trap Card and banish it!! And it also seals the activation of cards with the same name for a while!!
Cynet Confict
[Counter Trap Card]
When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated while you control a “Code Talker” monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card, and if you do that, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects with the same original name as that banished card until the end of the next turn. You can only activate 1 “Cynet Conflict” per turn.
Also Pay Attention To Reprinted Cards!
