A new Playmat confirmed for the release of Power of the Elements
There will be a raffle system to win a “Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman” Playmat.
But instead of getting it at the event, it would seem to avoid fraud and secondary market sales, playmats must be confirmed to be won via the KCGN or Yu-Gi-Oh! Neuron, and picked up at the store the person won them at days later.
