The first set of sleeves is for the OCG, with two designs available (you get 1 at random). The first design is Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon and the second one is Rainbow Bridge of the Heart:

Each customer can only get up to 10 of these packs (10000 yen worth of purchases), and neither the Tearlaments Duel Set or Rush Duel products count for this particular campaign.

For Rush Duel, there is only one design available, with the background of Transamu Rainac’s art:
