Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG) Perfect Rule Book 2024
On Sale April 26th, 2024
Price: 1210 Yen
Two items of note:
First there will be an Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters OCG card included
Secondly, they note the Rule Book uses マスタールール(2020年4月1日改訂版) Master Rule (2020 Nen Shigatsu Tsuitachi Kaiteiban), i.e “Master Rule (April 1st, 2020 Revision)”, which is the most recent update to the game’s rules, which you can read here for a general summary of the major overhauls to the game by that revision.
This means it will not feature a major rules overhaul, and is more concerned with recent changes to rules and interactions from the official Yu-Gi-Oh! Database.

Did jump stop making subscription promos for OCG? I haven’t seen any announcements for the spring promos. Maybe I missed an announcement.
They’re not announced yet to my knowledge but they should be happening since they left a gap in the card numbering for them

I’m curious to find out what card is finally getting an Errata off the ban list this time. Metamorphosis? Didn’t we just get an inverted version of that card?
Yep, Back Mutation / Mutamorphosis in PHNI.
mindmaster that card stayed ban since LP psychics and that a meta that’s long gone. also in a world where halqlifbrax could have abused it is gone, aside from 3x teleport for psychic tutoring and not recieving a reprint once. it can come back.
No revision for not needed, confusing rules like miss timing for example
