Deck Commentary
A “Mekk-Knight” Deck that won a Shop Representative Tournament for the first qualifiers for the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2020 event.
The effect of “World Legacy Survivor” adds “World Legacy” cards to the hand, while also sending cards whose effects can activate from the GY to the GY.
If you Link Summon “Lib the World Keymaster” with this Deck, its first effect lets you Set 1 “World Legacy” Spell/Trap to your field.
In order to quickly go through your Deck and assemble “Mekk-Knights” in your hand, this Deck is constructed to include many cards that have effects that add cards from your Deck to your hand.
“Knightmare Corrupter Iblee” can be used as Link Material for cards like “Linguriboh”, Special Summoning it to your opponent’s Side of the field, allowing you to place it in the Monster Zone you need to Special Summon a “Mekk-Knight”.
Also, “Knightmare Corrupter Iblee”, while on the opponent’s field, your opponent will be unable to activate “Infinite Impermanence” from their hand, and since your opponent has face-up cards, they won’t be able to activate “Lightning Storm”.
