[Master Duel] February Events

Two events have been announced for Master Duel for February. The first event will be the Legend Anthology event, where the regulations emphasize the use of archetypes used by legendary Duelists. The event will run from February 11th to February 24th (time zones applying). By collecting medals, you can obtain the following rewards:
5500 medals threshold: 950 gems total
10000 medals threshold: 10 Legacy Pack Tickets total

At the 3500 medal threshold, you can obtain a Blaze Accelerator mate:

“A cannon that fires “Volcanic Shell”. With monsters as ammunition, it would be wise to handle it carefully.”

At the 11000 medal threshold, you can obtain an Unstoppable Incarnation Title:

“A Title given to Duelists who have harnessed the power of Legendary Monsters and made a name for themselves. A new legend is created from meeting and Dueling the greatest of Duelists.”

The following Forbidden/Limited List will be applied for this event. For brevity (and my sanity), only the archetypes will be listed along with some exceptions. Expect that if an archetype is Forbidden, all the related cards are, even if they are not explicitly named like that. The tl;dr is that if it’s not something used in the anime or manga, it’s very likely that it is Forbidden.

“Difficulty Level ☆1
This “Exodia” Deck has a radically new playstyle. The first aim is to get “Millennium Ankh” in your hand. Use hte effects of a card like “Heart of the Blue-Eyes” to do so. There are several monsters that support “Exodia”, and by revealing “Millennium Ankh” in your hand, you can Special Summon most of them without paying LP. Only activate “Millenium Ankh” once you have laid out the groundwork with each of those monsters. Once you have called forth “The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate”, victory shouldn’t be far off.”

☆2 Blazing Arsenal

“Difficulty Level ☆2
This “Volcanic” Deck excels at inflicting effect damage. Your opening plays should involve getting “Volcanic Blaze Accelerator” in your hand through the effects of “Volcanic Rocket” or “Volcanic Trooper”, and then sending monsters to your Graveyard to enable the Summon of your key monsters. One of them is “Volcanic Emperor”, which can be Special Summoned from the hand and even the Graveyard by banishing certain cards. With two intimidating effects, it can inflict effect damage and Set a “Volcanic” Trap Card from your Deck. Keep up the onslaught and your opponent’s LP will be reduced to ashes.”

A “Trickstar” Deck with a new ace monster. Activating “Trickstar Light Stage” early on is a top priority. Not only does this give you a monster for follow-up plays, but it also boosts the damage you inflict with “Trickstar” monsters. Next, you should prepare for your opponent’s turn by utilizing cards like “Trickstar Hoody” to Link Summon “Trickstar Noble Angel”. Deftly deploy effects and effect damage combos to win with flair.”

The second event will be the Fusion x Synchro Festival. Only Fusion and Synchro Monsters will be allowed in the Extra Deck. This event will run from February 17th to February 27th. By collecting medals, you can obtain the following rewards:

At the 3500 medal threshold, you can obtain a Synchro Fusionist Icon
