I wish we had more restrictions like this one in this game. Rather than just almost always having blanket turn restrictions, we could have more like this one tied to the card that’s being easily funneled into accessibility.
Unfortunately, it’s that kind of restriction that kills archetypes.
Konami of America cannot wait to censor the stockings.
I think the chariot is lifeless, and that magical girl is the one who makes it alive. Otherwise, it won’t make any sense if there is a non-female main deck monster for the waifu archetype.

Relatively balanced all things considered,
Not a Centurion card so difficult to search and recover, but very versatile due to its Quick-Play status and choosing either effect.
The ED restriction is fair considering you are potentially getting 2 cards from your Deck with 1 card if you choose Primera, who has a search on her own, so converting that one card into a generic ED boss would be too much.
