Yu-Gi-Oh! The Legacy of the Duelist has finally be released on Steam for North America and Europe. The new content goes up to cards of roughly from “Shining Victories”. This is in addition to the game being available for the Play Station 4 and X-Box One, which it has been since the end of July 2015.
Further content apparently will be released on December 8th.
At current writing, the base game itself costs 19.99 dollars. However, if you tack on the combined cost of all the DLC, the game is more in the order of 110 Dollars.

Duelist Kingdom: Includes Joey vs Bonz and Kaiba vs Pegasus. Ritual and Chaos Preconstructed Decks.
