If you place it, you can also choose 1 face-up monster (Level 8 or lower) your opponent controls and destroy it.
Note: 不成 refers to an Unpromoted Piece in Shogi, but it can also refer to limiting orders that can become market orders at the close of an auction or presumably market/stock market, if not executed. But it’s also pronounced as the same term for Exiled Force, which means Rogue or Ruffian or Hooligan.
