Well, Moonforce does have a lot of cards that grant Draw Power and have a ton of Restrictions preventing them from being used in other Decks.
The Artwork for Memory of Sunlit is quite beautiful (and provides a Backstory for Luna Moonforce Dralia)
I like the art for this archetype.
This one and monumenthes are quite nice.
Rifett’s mill sets up Dralia and Mochi, which need to place GY monsters on the bottom of the Deck, and is another Level 1 making it easier to go into the Rituals. The draw Effect is way too specific as you need to not have drawn (Piyopi and Timo also draw 1-2 cards on effect) AND your opponent must have 5+ monsters in their GY at activation, which is impossible turn 1 and difficult in early game. Rifett is much more suitable in mid game and the least consequential of the draw 2s.
The Spell works for everything except Timo, since it has to be Normal Summoned, and functions well with Shiela, another excavator letting you more easily control what is on the top of your Deck.
