(Dark Meister)
Someone has awakened in the dark vortex filled with dark matter. The man ends up in the Dark Matter Empire somehow… He is then brought to the castle, where he receives a Duel Disk and a deck from the Dark Meister, the ruler of the empire. The two then have a conversation through a Rush Duel.

Contact Fusion is introduced in Rush.
This likely means we will get Neos’s Contact Fusions (barring Air Neos) at some point in the future.
Wish they would at least errata and reverse Air Neos’s effect.
Anyway, the next pack (Dark Matter of Phantoms) features Dark Matter Emperor Dragon on the cover. Anime stats from Yugipedia…

…can easily see it be the same given how basic it is for the first Contact Fusion monster in Rush and fitting the whole face-down strategy with Dark Matter, though it would be nice if it got altered to “up to 2 face-down cards” and gain 1000 ATK for each destroyed.
@HalfDemonInuyasha – the case of Air Neos is weird and errata will not really help here. He’s unlimited in TCG and OCG and the “Air Neos FTK” is really bad, gimmicky strategy that never saw any competitive play.
Konami just for some unexplained internal reasons decided to memoryhole it. Air Neos never got reprinted even in sets that reprinted every E-Hero card, did not appeared in any game since 2005, every artwork and promotional material avoids showing it etc.
At this stage I’m kinda curious what would happen if someone would win World Championship wearing Air Neos T-Shirt or something. You know, situation that would force Konami to acknowledge its existence due to interaction with community.
Honestly I think that if we will get any Neos contact fusions in Rush Duels, they either gonna omit Hummingbird and Air Neos or create new fusion for Hummingbird. Air Neos will never comeback for some reasons.

Yes space, aliens, dark matter and evil entities are exclusively Asian and European.
