Deck Commentary

A “Fortune Fairy” Deck that makes use of “Pinpoint Landing” from Extra Pack 2019.

“Fortune Fairy” monsters have an effect that if drawn, they can Special Summon themselves from the hand, and since a single monster is Special Summoned from the hand to the field by these effects, they work quite well with “Pinpoint Landing” to draw 1 card, and with the effects of “Magical Dimension” and “Unacceptable Result”, you can Special Summon Spellcaster monsters from the hand even during the opponent’s turn, allowing you to activate “Pinpoint Landing”.

Also, the 2nd effect “Fortune Fairy Ann” lets you banish 1 Spellcaster from the Deck, which you can then Special Summon “Storm Dragon’s Return”, and during the End Phase it returns the hand, so it’s best to banish high ATK Spellcasters such as “Sorciere de Fleur” or “Witchcrafter Golem Aruru”, who can help block your opponent’s ATKs along with disrupting your opponent’s plays, so you’ll be able to pull off various plays this way.

“Witchcrafter Golem Aruru” who can be Special Summoned from the hand by its own effect, can be Special Summoned from the hand by “Magical Dimension”, from the Deck by “Dark Renewal”, and from among your banished cards by “Storm Dragon’s Return”.
