Deck Concept

“Ehther the Heavenly Monarch” can be Tribute Summoned by using the first effect of “Darklord of Delight” OR Tribute Summoning without Tributing with the first effect of “Condemned Darklord”.

“Ehther the Heavenly Monarch”, if “The Sanctuary in the Sky” is present, can be added from the Deck to the hand with the effects of “Power Angel Valkyria” and “Celestial Knightlord Parshath”.
