    You can only use the 1st and 2nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn, also you cannot Special Summon the turn you activate either of them, except LIGHT monsters.
    (1) If a Level 4 LIGHT monster(s) is Special Summoned to your field: You can Special Summon this card from your hand or GY, but banish it when it leaves the field.
    (2) You can target 1 other Level 4 LIGHT monster you control; its Level and this card’s become 8 until the end of this turn.

      Interesting considering a few of Mizael’s anime monsters are DARK, so I do wonder if we are only getting LIGHT support for him in the Duelist Pack after all.

        I am wondering about that restriction, too. Schwarzschild Limit Dragon was one of Mizar’s most recognizable Material Monsters (and his most easily used at the time), to the point where he was even given a direct support card to search it in Ergosphere. The fact that this card outright stops you from even playing Schwarzschild Limit Dragon before or after you either effect is kind of sad to me.

        Moreover, despite this card making Galaxy Stealth Dragon’s Summon more consistent, the lock straight-up disallows its Summon. Which is sad, because it has a very nice protection effect.

        They don’t typically create modern-day game-original support for an Anime character’s theme that prevents the usage of cards that character used. So it’s rather unfortunate that they seemed to have to this time.

        I think it’s decent, but would’ve been better if the effect can be trigerred when the aforementioned Light monster is normal summoned too. But somehow this is more photon support rather than galaxy-eyes support for me.

      This is Kite support because Mizar uses both light and dark dragons. This card be trash.

        This card is surprisingly nice for Cipher Deck, yes! 0_0

        Regarding Mizar!Deck, I suspect the Duelist of Radiance support getting revealed in May (most likely) will cement a mono-LIGHT focused way of playing the Deck that will allow this card to work seamless there. (It’s just sad that he’ll lose access to Schwartzchild Limit Dragon and Galaxy Stealth Dragon in the process.

      Not completely understanding this I guess it’s supposed to work whoth starliege seyfert but how our we special summoning it to be able to special summon this? Will help make galaxy stealth dragon or 107 if there’s a way to.

        Galaxy stealth dragon is dark type… this card was made for kaito and can be uses in cipher builds

        Nah, I suspect they did indeed make this primarily for Mizar!Deck. We just have to wait for the context of his Duelist of Radiance support to figure out how they intended to have this card work in Mizar’s character Deck.

        Despite not being as prominent to his series as Saiou was to GX, Mizael is Kaito’s main rival in Season 2 and was only created to give Kaito something to do after the first half as his primary story arc resolved then. Also this game’s hyper focus on Dragon monsters and not being tied to a terrible coin flip gimmick gives Mizael a significant edge over Saiou.

        Yo dude Justin Jones, the other guy said nothing wrong. Its true that Sartorious’s deck is really bad & awkward it would need more than just 7 cards to work in at least a casual environment in todays ygo. While Dragons are dragons, i mean wherevere game u thinkk of u find dragons, + its a type of Galaxy-Eyes after all, so u know!! “POPULARITY” ?
        And in the end, we still have to wait and see who is the 3rd duelist, who knows , could be this Saiou/Sartorius!!

      GUYS GUYSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, i think even the post autor here is wrong.
      This card is more if not specifically meant for Kaito/Kite Galaxy deck (ABSOLUTELY NOT Mizar)
      Clue for this is:
      how this card chooses its targets, how its conditions work, and how it locks. All those say its a Kite card, bcs if u read, u find other Kite cards have the same thing in their text. While Mizar cards most of ’em say Light/ Dark Dragon ( NOT just “light monster”) And its understandable bcs after all, Mizar monster r all Dragons, while Kite’s vary between Dragon, Warrior , Spellcaster etc …

        Also i want to believe that Konami is not that dumb for making a card that will undirectly tell F*CK OFF to Schwarzchield, Spiral, Stealth, Satellite (actually most good cards and/or Mizar’s iconic cards)
        Also not to mentions, Mizar deck also uses Draglubion, the Chaos dragons package, even Bystials..
        So u mean they r just saying F*ck OFF to all these ? i do NOT think so..

        I mean it’s very possible that duelist of Brilliance will retrain some of Mizel’s more notable dark dragons as Light attributes.

      – Light monster
      – Galaxy play a lot of 4* light monster that can be special summoned
