Skill Rebalancing
Expected date: July 18 2019
Changes made to Skills effects will be made to both PvP and PvE Duels when updating to Version 3.9.0, which will become available some time between July 18 and July 22.
*Updating to Version 3.9.0 is planned to become mandatory on July 26.
