Apparently these images had been passed around FaceBook.

Okay, the first thing is

is not used on cards in official magazines. It’s used on Yu-Gi-Oh!.jp

The Kanji  無断転載禁止 Mudan Tensai Kinshi means “Authorized Reproduction Forbidden”, and is used to forbid spreading of these cards’ images on the Japanese internet to force people to go to Yu-Gi-Oh!.jp or the official Twitter/X account for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game and Yu-Gi-Oh! RUSH DUEL, which is legally enforceable in Japan, as Japan does not have strong provisions for Fair Use.

Secondly, the magazine states the June 2026 Issue of V Jump (out April 2026) comes with 黒陽竜イリオス, what we called Ilios the Black Sun Dragon, comes next issue. Implying this issue is from the May 2026 Issue of V Jump… which would have been released in March… Which is before when Beyond the Brave reveals would have started…

Also, the card has no Set ID (BETB-JP) in between the art and effect boxes.

There’s also fact the card is called Ｋｏｚｍｏ－エメラルドポリス … which is the Japanese name of Kozmotown, the Field Spell for the “Kozmo” theme.

Magazines have been essentially removed as a first means of official reveals due to the capacity to fake them and defraud sellers and consumers has exponentially grown with advances in photo generating and editing technology.
