Reijuu no Seikan / Ritual Beast’s Return
Quick-Play Spell
(1) Banish 1 “Ritual Beast” monster from your hand, then target 1 of your “Ritual Beast” monsters that is banished or in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.
Joenen note: the “Seikan” here combines the kanji for “Vow” with “Return” (to make something like “Promised Return”), and seems to be a pun on “生還” (a more common “seikan”) that means “Return [to life, or from the brink of death]”. Possibly some kind of messianic reference here considering the rest of the lore, but there’s no doubt everyone’s happy to have their beloved falcon back.
