Besides the effect of “Return of the Red-Eyes”, you can Special Summon “Gaia the Fierce Knight” and “Red-Eyes B. Dragon” from the GY with the second effect of “Keeper of Dragon Magic”, allowing you to prepare to use them as material for a Fusion Summon.
Also, “Red-Eyes Insight” and the like can send DARK monsters from the Deck to the GY, allowing you to activate “Creeping Darkness”, allowing you to grab cards depending on the situation, such as “Keeper of Dragon Magic” and “Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo” to add to your hand.
Also, with the same “Creeping Darkness”, you can add “Iron Dragon Tiamaton” from your Deck to your hand, which this Deck can easily help with Summoning.

Aim to Fusion Summon Fusion Monsters using “Elemental HERO Neos” as a Fusion Material.
With “Elemental HERO Neos” in your GY, you can use the 1st effect of “Keeper of Dragon Magic” to add “Fusion Tag” to your hand while also using its second effect to Special Summon “Elemental HERO Neos” from the GY.
And by activating “Fusion Tag”, targeting “Keeper of Dragon Magic”, you can reveal “Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin” from your Extra Deck to your opponent, allowing you to treat it as “Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin” or “Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin” for a Fusion Material, meaning you can use it to Special Summon Fusion Monsters such as “Elemental HERO Marine Neos” or “Elemental HERO Storm Neos”.

By using the effect of “Keeper of Dragon Magic”, you can increase the number of “Skull Servant” in your GY, andd by raising the number of “Skull Servant” and “King of the Skull Servants” in your GY, you can increase the ATK of “King of the Skull Servants”.
The first effect of “Keeper of Dragon Magic” lets you discard “Wightprince” to add “Polymerization” to you hand. Also by sending “Wightprince” to the GY as a cost lets you use its second effect to send “Skull Servant” and “The Lady in Wight” to the GY.
Next, by using the second effect of “Keeper of Dragon Magic” you can Special Summon a “Wightprince” that’s treated as “Skull Servant” from the GY, and by activating “Polymerization” from your hand, you can use “Keeper of Dragon Magic” and “Wightprince” as Fusion Materials to Special Summon “Starving Venomy Fusion Dragon”, which lets you use the 2nd effect of “Wightprince” again.
