Strategic Summary:
Welcome to an off-cycle CDP, this time featuring Blue-Eyes of the Heart (YGOrg Translation), revealed last night. This new Level 8 LIGHT Dragon is always treated as a Millennium card, and if you forgot, that was the new theme introduced in INFO that revolves around Millennium Ankh, to support the Forbidden One archetype. Heart improves the overall consistency of the deck by a ton, as it can be discarded to tutor Ankh. With its 3000 ATK/2500 DEF statline, this even opens up the possibility of using The Melody of Awakening Dragon to get to your copy of Ankh. Once you get your Ankh, it is very much the key that unlocks the rest of the Millennium theme. Either you can start revealing it to Special Summon your other Millennium monsters from the S/T zone, such as The Caveman that Awoke after a Millennium (YGOrg Translation) or Golem that Guards the Millennium Treasures (YGOrg Translation), or you can elect to activate it, revealing all 5 pieces of Exodia to Special Summon The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate from your Extra Deck. Incarnate is your primary boss monster, as it negates the activation of a S/T each turn, plus during the End Phase it sets either a copy of Raging Hellfire – Exodo Flame (YGOrg Translation) or Obliterate!!! from your deck, giving you even more interaction.
As for the rest of this build, only a few other things have changed since the last time I covered the new post-INFO Exodia strategy. First is the inclusion of Break the Seal (YGOrg Translation), a Continuous Trap that can either place another copy onto your board or send 2 copies of itself to tutor a Forbidden One monster. While it will certainly take a long time to amass all the pieces this way, it can speed up your alternate win condition alongside the GY effect of Raging Hellfire, getting you that much closer to a Exodia, the Forbidden One victory! As far as other fun tech cards for this strategy, I’ve started to really love Silhouhatte (YGOrg Translation) and Top Hat Hare the Silhouette Magician (YGOrg Translation), as the former can be searched by the latter, which is made with 2 Millennium monsters prior to activating your Ankh. It just gives yet another disruption at no cost, which is great. I’ve also included Materialization, a Quick-Play Spell Card that synergizes quite well with your Millennium monsters in the backrow.
The last change is the inclusion of a bigger Blue-Eyes engine, headlined by Dragon Shrine. You see, on activation Shrine will send a copy of Blue-Eyes White Dragon and a Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon to the GY. That way, whenever a card on the field is destroyed, Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon will come racing back to your field. This works well with Raging Hellfire, because it also gives your deck that much more firepower if your opponent can’t establish a defensive position after you wipe their board. This engine also has the benefit of letting you slot in The White Stone of Ancients, as you can use it to recover your Blue-Eyes of the Heart to tutor yet another Ankh. Speaking of Heart, since it is the star of today’s profile, did you catch that it has a GY effect as well? If your opponent Summons a Level 8 or higher monster, or one with 3000 or more ATK, Heart can send it to the GY and Special Summon itself back to your board. If you’re counting, that’s a 4th disruption, just for a fairly standard Millennium chain. Gather this hodgepodge of monsters together for the fight of their lives – and never forget to believe in the Heart of the Cards!

The wedju equip spell would be good to use, rather than Break the seal, which is far too slow, also I guess u can use Harmon Lord of striking thunder, since the milleniums become continuous spells.
