The only one I can see getting released here is TKG and even then it’s a stretch.
T.K.G. – Tamabot King Golem print in Animation Chronicles for RD.
The Tamabot deck is cool, but I kinda wish Damamu also used Hybridrive.
I wish Yuhi would use it instead. He already has the backrow. He can’t keep relying on anime original cards to make his buggy gimmick deck work forever.
Damamu using a Tamabot Deck made sense since it’s something that was hinted at since Season 1.
In fact, now that Damamu is the Duelist focused on Tamabot. It is not necessary for Yuhi to use the cards related to Tamabot in the Anime (although I do not deny that those cards were part of Yuhi’s essence since the beginning of GO RUSH, but one must grow and improve his Deck)
to answer all 3 it wouldnt make sence: cause hybridrive is suppose to represent yuhis growth as a duelist beeing able to finally master both his decks. people tend to forget that yuamu and yuhi switched decks…. adn the part of yuhi relying on anime related cards to win… he didnt use a single anime exclusive card in this duel exept drahinos. to give damamu hybriddrive would be like yusei and dark signer kallin (before he forgave him) switching decks
Jointech Drainos is just Hybridrive support disguised as Jointech: that Monster only solves a big problem with Hybridrive which is filling the GY with Monsters and then returning them to the Deck (Hybridrive is infamous for needing to return up to 9 GY Monsters to the Deck just to activate one Effect)
Fun fact: Tamarble Run itself is a Trap Card that was previously introduced: it was in Episode 49. In fact, this Trap Card along with “Attack Dama-G” are one of the cards that Damamu used but we never knew what its Effects were.
IIRC, I think this is one of the few times (if not the only time) where there has been more than one Fusion Monster on both fields at the same time.
One of the few. The Lukeman did it first in SEVENS, but it’s not something that happens often at all.
the anime should present cards that make us eager to have these cards in the game, but currently I feel that 90% of the cards in the anime are just filler with convenient and extremely specific effects to make the duel work (the problem is that these cards end up coming to game causing 0 impact on both his deck and the game itself)
