[Deck Description]
A Deck that aims to do things such as Link Summon by taking the advantage of the effect of “All-Out Attacks” to trigger the effects of “Super-Nimble Mega Hamster” and “Bubonic Vermin” that activate when they flip face-up.

The first effect of “Cybanet Universe” lets you return “Bubonic Vermin” to the Deck, allowing you to use the effect of “Bubonic Vermin” multiple times.

Otherwise, you can Special Summon Synchro Monsters using “Nordic” monsters, use “Burst Rebirth” to activate “All-Out Attacks” during your opponent’s turn, and use “Guard Dog” and “Whirlwind Wease” to restrict your opponent’s moves.
