“You’d get too many Starlight Rares, or maybe none”
Unfortunately, the release date for Battles of Legend: Monster Mayhem is being pushed back for most territories. There was a production problem that resulted in clumping of the Starlight Rares into a portion of the print run. This would have resulted in more Starlights for some, but fewer Starlights for others. Production will be re-done so that the entire release is consistent, but this will take time.
The delayed release date will affect Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Oceania (all languages), as well as Spanish & Portuguese cards for Latin America. English-language cards for Latin America, Canada, and the United States are unaffected, and will still have their originally announced release date.
The revised street date for affected territories will be announced as soon as available; we will do everything we can to expedite this.

It’s funny to see Konami actually taking care of these kinds of issues and then seeing WoTC in comparison absolutely not giving a crap. As much as there’s a lot of bad to be said about Konami, we can at least say that they care about the quality of Yu-Gi-Oh!-related products.
No they dont or havent for a very long time this is quite unusual for them
Meanwhile Bandai Namco doing global releases for its TCGs while Konami as a whole refuses to adopt that model.
