So it appears the Konami website spoiled it…

Go home, Fusion. You’re cancelled.
So, this is the last Trap Card of the pack: an anti-Fusion Summon Trap Card that only works if you destroy Monsters in battle.
It’s funny to think that “The Cancel” exists in Rush’s Anime and is an improved version of this Trap Card since you can activate it in the moment your Opponent Special Summons the Fusion Monster, but I guess it would be too strong for Rush Duels standards (according to Konami)
In any case, this Trap Card is useful to eliminate any problematic Fusion Monsters that you are going to have on your turn such as Sevensgias, Altierra or Yamiterasu.
Sorry: If your Opponent destroys your Monsters by battle, there you can activate the Trap Card.
This card is so awful.
I dunno about that. Judging by the text in the article, it looks like they tried to give it as much of De-Fusion’s utility as they could in the Rush Duel format. You can destroy an opponent’s monster with a Fusion Monster, and then you can use this Trap ON YOUR OWN FUSION to get back the materials and attack with those.
Only activates by battle destruction when destruction/removal through card effect are much more standard now.
Vulnerable to backrow removal and is a sitting duck during your opponent’s Main Phase after you set it as it can only activate during the Battle Phase
Battle Phase Traps which prevent battle destruction such as Negate Attack and Magic Cylinder are highly used.
Some cards such as Harvey and Sea Dragon Knight expose your backrow and the opponent can play around this.
Grants your opponent field advantage if they have named materials in their GY to summon.
If you use this on your own monster, you give up a Fusion on board for something weaker meaning if you don’t get the OTK you’re essentially done next turn.
