      At first glance and from the design alone, it appears to be an Effect Monster focused on Rush’s Red-Eyes: which will receive support in a few months.

      One could also argue that it is a card for Darkness Yuamu, but the Monster’s name has nothing to do with the concept of computing or software like the rest of the High Tech Dragon’s Monsters.

        It doesn’t matter. Dracorn being a DARK monster makes it a viable target for Red Reboot’s effect regardless of its effect on the field or its name. This card does not necessarily have to support one theme over another – some of them don’t even come from the anime nor the manga.
        Other promo cards are the same. Satellite Soldier, despite being LIGHT Galaxy and its name, more directly supports Monarchs. Hallowed Light Sorcerer is more compatible with Celeb Rose than it is to Yuga’s Spellcasters. Deepsea Hunter’s Type and Attribute make it compatible with Abysslayers, but effect wise it is anti-Excutie tech more than anything else. Defrostrooper supports Equip Spell themes such as Shaman Bandit more than either Cyberse or FIRE.
