TL note: The other new Harpie cards in Rush Duel seem to be based on Latin/Italian words, so we’re leaning towards “Cielo” (Sky).
The effects have not been revealed.

I wonder if Time Wizard will be a LEGEND card or not; Hopfully not, but it wouldn’t be the end of the world.
Rush once again stealing Time Wizard retrain
Not a retrain, a port. Rush isn’t stealing anything; cards would exist regardless if Rush existed or not; Time Wizard being ported to Rush doesn’t prevent Konami from making a Time Wizard retrain in any way shape or form. There’s no need to be bitter.

To be completely honest, as someone who actually plays Rush, Tactical Dragon is really the only stand-out card that would be played in O/TCG; even Rush!CyDra decks are basically just Generic machine beatdown decks that just so happen run the OG CyDra.
And again; if Rush didn’t exist, those cards wouldn’t just magically be in O/TCG instead, so 🤷♂️
Also, Rush is actually really fun and doesn’t deserve the scorn and bitterness western players have towards it. Praying that Konami changes their mind and brings it to the west, maybe a “Master Duel for Rush” game.
