Details for the N and R Rarity Festival event in Master Duel have been announced a week before the event. As the name of the event suggests, only cards with a rarity of N or R are allowed in your Deck, but in addition to that, the following Forbidden/Limited list will also be in effect:

The event will offer 3 loaner Decks: an Armed Dragon Deck, a Warrior Deck revolving around equips, and a PSY-Frame/Paleozoic Deck featuring Iron Chain cards.
Unlike the previous event, the amount of medals earned by using a loaner Deck or your own Deck will be the same.
The reward structure has also been modified: For the first 10000 medals you earn, you will earn gem rewards. For the remaining 10k until 20000, you will earn legacy tickets.
