Escalation of the Monarchs is confirmed for the Extra Pack as “連撃の帝王” Rengeki no Teiou, something along the lines of “The Monarchs Continuously Attack Together”
For those who don’t remember its effect:
“Once per turn, during your opponent’s Main Phase or your opponent’s Battle Phase, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon 1 monster.”
