You can only use the 1st and 2nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.

(2) You can send this card from your hand or field to the GY; add 1 “P.U.N.K.” monster from your Deck to your hand, except a Level 8 monster.
(3) Once per turn, when your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can make this card gain ATK equal to that opponent’s monster’s original ATK, until the end of this turn.

Note: No, it is not a “Number” monster. You cannot use it for spicy “CXyz Barian Hope” exploits.
