(1) Each player shuffles their Deck, and if they do, excavate the top cards of each Deck and compare their ATKs (treat monsters with ? ATK, Spells, and Traps as having 0 ATK). If their ATKs are not equal, add the card with higher ATK to its owner’s hand, and if you do, send the card with lower ATK to the GY. If their ATKs are equal, place them on the bottom of the Deck.
Note: ‘fukubiki’ means lottery basically, but the card replaces the biki (draw) part with “sadness” and “happiness”. Since the TCG doesnt seem to like translating the names of the cards in Goblin Kid’s Depressing Adventures, we’re leaving it as it is on purpose.
