Deck Commentary

A Dragon Deck that uses “Megalith Promotion” from Ignition Assault.

By using “Megalith Promotion” to target a “Hieratic Dragon of Nuit” you control, you can make “Hieratic Dragon of Nuit” Level 8, and use the effect of “Hieratic Dragon of Nuit” to Special Summon 1 Normal Dragon Monster from the hand, Deck or GY.

Because of this, with 2 Level 8 Monsters, you can Xyz Summon a Rank 8 monster, or if you Special Summon the Level 8 Tuner “Dragon Core Hexer” as the Normal Monster of choice, you can send both to the GY to Special Summon “Phantasmal Lord Ultimitl Bishbaalkin”.

After Special Summoning “Phantasmal Lord Ultimitl Bishbaalkin”, you can use the “Utchatzimime Tokens” Special Summoned by its second effect, you can Link Summon, while banishing the “Dragon Core Hexer” from your GY to activate “Battle Tuned” to gain ATK.

By targeting “Maiden with Eyes of Blue”, you can Special Summon “Blue-Eyes White Dragon” from your hand, Deck or GY.
