(1) If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can send 1 “Chronomaly” monster from your Deck or Extra Deck to the GY, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; until the end of the turn, that monster loses ATK equal to the Level or Rank of the sent monster x 200.
(2) A “Number” monster that is Xyz Summoned using this card on the field as material gains this effect.
• This card can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase.
Note: This card derives its name from a mysterious rocket like artifact unearthed at the ruins of Toprakkale, known as the ” Toprakkale Shuttle” or “Istanbul Rocket”. Konami seems to have chosen Tuspa, the ancient name for Toprakkale, for whichever reason. Even though most Japanese sources seem to refer to it as the Toprakkale Rocket.
