Thunder Deck Commentary
A Thunder Deck which uses “Wattrain” from “Chaos Impact”.
Normal Summon a “Watt” monster (added from your Deck to your hand with “Wattrain”) with the effect of “Pahunder” and “Mahunder”.
“Wattrain” becomes more potent with more Thunder monsters you control, letting you can add more “Watt” cards, so “Photon Sanctuary” or “Brilliant Fusion” et al are useful.

[Key Points]
A Thunder Deck centered around “Watts” that was revived with “Wattrain”.
The effect of “Wattrain” can be used to add the following “Watt” monsters.
“Wattgiraffe” … During Main Phase 2 after inflicting Battle Damage with direct attacks, use it to Link Summon or Special Summon “Thunder Dragon Colossus”, allowing you to activate “Harpie’s Feather Duster”.
“Wattkingcobra” … Inflict battle damage via a direct attack to add “Wattrain” from the Deck to your hand.
“Wattpheasant” … If it attacks and deals battle damage, it can banish an opponent’s face-up monster until the End Phase, potentially allowing your other monsters to attack Alsom consider using it to banish a monster Fusion Summoned by “Brilliant Fusion” until the End Phase, and thus restoring its original ATK and DEF.
“Wattwoodpecker” … Aim to deal massive battle damage by having this card attack twice with “United We Stand” equipped.
Else wise, you can activate the effect of “Thunder Dragonmatrix” by using it to Special Summon “Thunder Dragon Colossus”, while you can banish “Gem-Knight Prismaura” and a Thunder monster in your hand to Special Summon “Thunder Dragon Titan”, offering you a range of fascinating strategies.
[Advice]
As an alternative card to sent to the GY with “Foolish Burial Goods”, consider “Thunder Dragon Fusion”.
During the next tun, you can banish it from the GY to add a Thunder monster fro your Deck to your hand, but if it’s in your hand, it can be used in the following manner:
First, Fusion Summon “Gem-Knight Seraphinite” with “Brilliant Fusion”, and use the effect of “Gem-Knight Seraphinite” to Summon monster. From there, use “Gem-Knight Seraphinite” and the Summoned monster to Link Summon “I:P Masquerena”, then activate “Thunder Dragon Fusion”, returning “Gem-Knight Seraphinite” and Thunder monsters from the GY to the Deck to Fusion Summon “Gem-Knight Prismaura”. With “Gem-Knight Seraphinite” returned to the Extra Deck, you have a chance to activate your second “Brilliant Fusion” to Fusion Summon again.
