Japan has announced the WCS2019 Celebration Event
At participating “Konami Friendly Shops” (i.e. Authorized Tournament Stores) in Japan, you can play with regulations based on the World Championship’s.
The winners of these events get Commemorative Card Sets of Millennium Secret Rare versions of “Red-Eyes B. Dragon” and “Monster Reborn”.
It is unknown if you’ll be able to receive these cards at TCG Events at this time.
