Two new Rose Dragons are revealed, one promo and one Legend Duelist card, courtesy of Yu-Gi-Oh.jp.

(1): If you control a Tuner monster that is Dragon or Plant: You can Special Summon this card from your hand.
(2): When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 “Rose Dragon” monster from your hand or GY, except “White Rose Dragon”.
(3): If this card is sent to the GY as Synchro Material: You can send 1 Level 4 or higher Plant monster from your Deck to the GY.

You can only use this card name’s effect once per turn.
(1): If this card is sent to the GY as Synchro Material: You can Special Summon 1 “Rose Dragon” monster from your hand or Deck, except “Red Rose Dragon”, then, if this card was sent to the GY as Synchro Material for “Black Rose Dragon” or a Plant Synchro Monster, you can add 1 “Frozen Roars” or “Blooming Rose” from your Deck to your hand.

Note: Both “Frozen Roars” and “Blooming Rose” have yet to be fully revealed. Each of them are also forced readings for kanji names:
Frozen Roars: 冷薔薇の抱香, “Enveloping Fragrance of the Cold Rose”. This is also a play on 咆哮 houkou, “roar”, since the “envelop/embrace” kanji is read as hou and the “fragrance/perfume” kanji is read as kou.
Blooming Rose: 漆黒の薔薇の開幕, “Start of the Pitch-Black Rose”.

Most likely, these cards are referencing Aki’s synchro chant for summoning Black Rose Dragon:
冷たい炎が世界の全てを包み込む。漆黒の花よ、開け！
Tsumetai honoo ga sekai no subete wo tsutsumikomu. Shikkoku no hana yo, hirake!
“Cold flames shall envelop the whole world. Pitch-black flower, come into bloom!”
