If an “Eyes Restrict” Fusion Monster(s) or a “Relinquished” is Special Summoned: Add this card from your GY to your hand (this is not optional). You can only use each effect of “Millennium-Eyes Illusionist” once per turn.

This card has the same name as its Japanese version (Millennium-Eyes Illusionist). The card itself is a retrained version of Dark-Eyes Illusionist designed to work with Relinquished, Thousand-Eyes Restrict and the new Millennium-Eyes Restrict.
