Pendulum Effect:
(1) Once per turn: You can send 1 “Speedroid” Tuner monster from your hand or face-up from your field to the Graveyard; for the rest of this turn, either increase or decrease the Pendulum Scale of this card by the original Level of that sent monster (min. 1).
Monster Effects:
You can only Special Summon “Speedroid Passinglider” once per turn via the method written in its (1)st effect.
(1) If neither player controls a monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand).
(2) When this card is Tribute Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower “Speedroid” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.
(3) Your opponent cannot target other “Speedroid” monsters for attacks.
