Is this the YGO equivalent of Moonbeam Ice Cream?

Strategic Summary:
Today’s CDP is yet another one of my IRL deckbuilds, and with this build, we’re combining Dragons and Fairies! The best Agent strategy revolves around The Agent of Creation – Venus, as she can pay 500 LP to Special Summon Mystical Shine Ball from the deck. While her effect really is as simple as that, it stacks up extremely quickly since it can be used as many times as you want, only limited by the Shine Balls left in deck. What can you do with those Shine Balls? Well, one option is to utilize them for Link Summons such as for the LINK-2 Protector of The Agents – Moon, the LINK-3 Celestial Knightlord Parshath, or turn them into LINK-1 monsters prior to Link Summoning Saryuja Skull Dread. With the limiting factor being Balls, it only makes sense to pair The Agent strategy with many options for shuffling them back, so let’s talk about what I’m using!
First up is The Agent of Destruction – Venus, the in-theme way of recovering up to 3 Balls from the GY/Banishment. Once you do, your Balls go back into the Deck ready to re-summon with Creation Venus. I also deploy the tried and true Pot of Avarice, since this deck has plenty of ways to get cards into the GY to meet the 5 monster requirement. Then there’s the entire Primite engine, now that Primite Fusion exists. Early in the duel, Primite Dragon Ether Beryl, into Primite Lordly Lode, into Primite Fusion, into Spirit with Eyes of Blue, into milling a Ball and/or Blue-Eyes White Dragon, leads into a Fusion Summon of Primite Dragon Nether Berzelius without losing any card advantage. Later in the duel, Primite Fusion serves as a key mechanism to recycle all of your Balls at once, since Nether Berzelius can use any number of Normal Monsters as material! Outside of the core focus of recycling and reusing your Mystical Shine Balls, this deck has a ton of disruptive potential at its fingertips, from leveraging Fallen Sanctuary and Divine Punishment to supplement Primite Drillbeam‘s negates, to dropping the I:P Masquerena combo into Gorgon of Zilofthonia. You even have the fun OTK of reflecting battle damage from Shine Balls onto your opponent with Majesty Hyperion! That’s how I’ve found success with this build, so I hope you enjoy it too!
