CDP: Revol Bots Cyber Dragon Cyberdark, ft. DUAD-TCG Support

    Replays:

    Strategic Summary:

Today’s CDP features my IRL mechanized revolution of Machines as the R.B. or Revol Bots make their debut on my channel! This spunky Machine theme aims to put their Effect Monsters in zones their Link Monsters point to, engaging additional disruptive effects, so let’s meet the crew! R.B. VALCan Rocket is their Level 5, able to destroy itself and 2 cards the opponent controls if linked to an R.B. Link Monster, inflicting 500 damage for each destroyed. R.B. Ga10 Cutter is their first interactive machine, negating an activated S/T or effect while linked to an R.B. Link Monster. Then their third tool is R.B. Ga10 Driller, which has a Quick Effect to destroy itself and an opponent’s monster. These are best linked to R.B. The Brute Blues, a LINK-3 that gains ATK, has a second attack, and cannot be destroyed when it points to an R.B. monster, plus it can tutor an R.B. card of its own each turn. Oh, did I mention yet that all the Main Deck monsters can inherently summon themselves from hand if you control none or only R.B. monsters?

With this solid core of Machines, it only makes sense to turn to other Machines to round out the line-up, so that’s where the Cyber Dragon and Cyberdark come in. You see, Cyber Dragon Core is a full combo of its own, giving you quite the impressive board off of minimal card investment. With Core alone, you can round out your board with Cyber Dragon Infinity, Therion “King” Regulus, and a Heosvarog the Mechanical Dawn, which offer three negates on their own. But this deck doesn’t just do that – it also offers free boardwipes due to Clockwork Night turning all of your opponents’ monsters to Machine-Type, allowing you to contact Fusion Chimeratech Fortress Dragon for free with any of your Cyber Dragon monsters. One thing to keep in mind – you will probably have plenty of leftover Machine material, allowing you to add to your Cyber endboard with R.B. threats that just keep giving – with R.B. Funk Dock, having either Cutter or Driller linked to Blues gives you both an S/T Negate and a quick effect pop, bringing you up to 5 interactions during the opponent’s turn. From there, you probably already know what will happen, as the Cyber Dragon strategy doesn’t hold back when it comes to OTK’ing!

Be sure to check out this and more of my IRL decklists on https://spellbook.life/decks/quincymccoy , the site used to showcase the decklist at the beginning of this CDP!
