Yuna is waiting at the vending machine area, where Yuga is supposed to show up. However, Yuga ends up getting captured by Manabu’s device. Determined to see Yuga no matter what, Yuna challenges Manabu to a Duel once again. If she wins, Manabu will have to let her see Yuga!

We’ve had characters like Rebecca, Blair, Anna, etc. before, but Yuna is on a completely different level.
I also wonder what the title is alluding, I am rather wary after the wordplay with “Death to Spies”.
GO RUSH in general has very high female representation, a rarity for most Yu-Gi-Oh! series.
As you alluded to, we usually have the main female lead (who may or may not duel) and one or two secondary female characters depending on the arc. Eg. DM has Anzu as a lead, but alternates between Mai and Rebecca as a secondary.
In this series alone, we have Yuamu as a main character, 3 secondary characters (Yuna, Rovian, and Asaka), and 4 recurring characters (Manya, Nyandestar, Ranran, and Dinois).
