but In DM 2 to 4 for GB/GBC, they were some of the strongest Monsters that can be Summoned without Tribute or Fusion

they all got 1350 ATK points.
oh yes 1350 was top atk value in DM4 for level 4 monsters. Levels were based in stats, so celtic guardian needed to be tribute summoned. Fun gimmicks
