You can only use the 1st and 2nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Monster in your GY and 1 monster on the field; banish them.
(2) If this Fusion Summoned card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 Spellcaster monster from your Deck, then you can equip this card to it as an Equip Spell that gives it 1000 ATK.

Note: This card’s name appears to be a reference to Omega Summon (Magical Name – “To Mega Therion” in Japan). It is not part of the Therion theme (Therions in Japan).

Specifically, the real Aleister Crowley used this as an alias, as part of his shtick of being the “Most wicked man in the world”, as To Mega Therion means “The Great Beast”, another name used for The Beast of Revelation in the Bible.

The Beast from the bible itself is more likely a name attributed to the Roman Empire writ large but more specifically Emperor Nero, who was a major enemy of the Christian Church at the time Revelations was written.
